The port of Sète-Frontignan covers a vast area dedicated to the development of commercial port activities (200 Ha), fishing port (23 Ha) and yachting port (20 Ha), complemented by nearly 700 Ha of water.

2. spontaneous expressions of interest

The Etablissement Public Régional Port Sud de France provides access to its land offers, in accordance with the applicable regulations (modification of the general code of public property introduced by ordinance no. 2017-562 of April 19, 2017).

For spaces located on the public port domain (quayside, building, stretch of water, etc.) allowing the operation of economic activities, Port Sud de France applies rules prior to the allocation of state occupation titles.

Applications must be received by the closing date indicated on the application form.to Port Sud de France (1 quai Philippe Régy – 34200 Sète or by email), together with the documents required to examine the application (articles of association, Kbis, description of the project, investment and activity, duration of the requested occupancy, proposed occupancy fee, and any other information deemed useful by the applicant).

It is specified that a selection procedure may be applied in the event of multiple candidates. The selection criteria will be specified to them within this framework.

Port Sud de France reserves the right not to issue an occupancy permit for the identified right-of-way, particularly if the application is incomplete.

Finally, it is specified that Port Sud de France may issue titles of occupancy without prior publicity, in particular in the event of :

– short-term occupancy,

– emergency,

– other state-owned availabilities,

– of a single person entitled to occupy the outbuilding,

– a title issued under a public procurement contract,

– a title issued following a first unsuccessful selection procedure,

– a title issued for geographical, physical or functional reasons,

– a title issued for reasons of public authority or public safety.
