At the heart of the arc of the Mediteranean, the port of Sète has been welcoming recreational sailors for decades to our town. The port began a metamorphosis for several years to improve services offered, and increased width berths that can accommodate monohulls and multihulls up to 80 meters long.

At the pier St. Louis, the historic port of Sète, a floating breakwater and pollution boom was installed in 2014. In addition to increasing the capacity of 90 positions, these highly symbolic new features created quiet and clean water.

Le Bassin du Midi, near the heart of town, has been completely renovated and now offers 180 berths that can accommodate vessels up to 50 meters.

This development was accompanied by the implementation of an environmental approach which led firstly to the development of waste management facilities and also certifications ISO 14001 and port clean.
